A Summer Under the Stars: Le Bristol Paris Unveils an Open-Air Culinary Oasis with Krug

This summer, Le Bristol Paris invites guests to dine beneath the open sky in the heart of its tranquil Jardin Français, unveiling an ephemeral culinary experience that’s as refined as it is relaxed. Starting June 16th and running through the end of September, the legendary palace hotel partners with Maison Krug to create a seasonal outdoor kitchen — a true cuisine à ciel ouvert — blending garden serenity with gastronomic precision.

A Garden Table Like No Other

Tucked within the lush foliage of Le Bristol’s private courtyard, the setting is as enchanting as it is unexpected. At the center of this elegant installation sits a custom-designed pizza oven and a sleek culinary counter where guests are welcome to pull up a seat and watch the chefs in action. Whether dining at a garden table or facing the open kitchen, the experience is immersive and intimate — a rare glimpse into the artistry behind each dish.

The Carrot, Reimagined

At the heart of the menu is an ode to simplicity elevated: crudos, seasonal delights, and a quartet of pizzas, including a unique creation centered around the humble carrot. This vibrant ingredient — the muse of this year’s Krug in the Kitchen initiative — is interpreted raw, roasted, or caramelized, each preparation crafted to harmonize with the expressive notes of Krug Grande Cuvée and Krug Rosé.

Crafted by a Culinary Master

Helming this open-air kitchen is none other than Chef Arnaud Faye, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Michelin three-star talent. With a résumé spanning the most prestigious kitchens in France and a title as World Champion of Gourmet Pizza, Faye brings a rare duality of precision and inventiveness. His summer menu is a study in finesse and freshness, perfectly attuned to the season and the garden’s rhythm.

A Seasonal Escape in the Heart of Paris

More than just a pop-up, this al fresco table embodies the Parisian art of living — elegant yet effortless, rooted in craftsmanship and shared pleasure. Whether you’re a devoted foodie, a Champagne enthusiast, or simply seeking a new summer escape, this is a rendezvous not to miss.
