Champagne de Vignerons, a lovely discovery this Easter

Created in 2001 by the Syndicat Général des Vignerons de la Champagne in order to develop the notoriety of the champagnes produced in the vineyard, Champagne de Vignerons brings together all the winegrowers and unions of winegrowers who market champagne.

Each member passionately produces their own champagne, a reflection of a unique terroir, of their know-how passed down from generation to generation in accordance with the specifications of the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée Champagne.

This Easter, Champagne de Vignerons unveiled its most beautiful gastronomic alliances through an original “Carnet d’Empreintes “: whether the Easter menu is part of tradition or promises to be creative and original, the choice of champagne to accompany lamb, seasonal vegetables, fruity desserts and essential chocolate eggs is important.

“Carnet d’Empreintes” is a guide built around three aromatic profiles (Soil, Fruit, Cellar). Each guide is built towards different moments of gastronomy, different desires, different pleasures.

The perfect occasion to discover vintages such as Florence Duchene’s ANAK champagne: a 2016 cuvée aged in old Meursault barrels, blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to provide a generous, yet delicate olfaction of spicy white and exotic fruits.

Happy Easter !
