I am definitely getting more and more into Dr Jart+‘s skincare products, available at Sephora.
The brand is just launching, exclusively at Sephora in France this month, a new kind of beauty masks: the Rubber Masks, an innovation that promises to shake the beauty world, far from the previous generations of cotton sheet and hydrogel masks we all know.
Dr Jart+’s rubber masks, are cut into two parts (upper and lower face) with a “second skin” texture that allows to adjust perfectly to the shape of the face, and avoid the evaporation of the active ingredients. The masks consist of two elements: an active serum bulb to be applied directly to cleaned skin and the mask, composed of alginate – a material made from brown algae – that is superimposed to the skin between 30 and 40 minutes.
After removing the mask, the user can penetrate the excess of serum by massaging the epidermis with the tip of the fingers.
