Shangri-La loves food, the Shangri-La International Festival of Gastronomy

For the second year in a row, the Shangri-La International Festival of Gastronomy is back: twelve internationally acclaimed celebrity chefs (three of them originally based in restaurants among the 50 most prestigious in the world) in ten culinary destinations, preparing an eclectic array of captivating world cuisine.
At the Shangri-La Hotel Paris‘ Shang Palace restaurant – the only Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant in France ! – guests will have the privilege to taste a menu specifically created by Samuel Lee, chef in residence at the Palace, between October 25th and October 31, 2016. A perfect blend of technicity, taste and finesse.

With the “A night in Canton” menu, you will be literally transported from Paris to China, with typically Chinese dishes twisted with distinctive, international flair. Chef Samuel Lee’s contemporary style is on full display with a 5 or 8 course menu, both possible to taste with perfectly tailored live chamber music and wine.
