The Castille Hotel launches Sinoira Castile, a gastronomic break inspired by the Piedmont aperitivo
Sinoira Castille Aperitivo
The Castille is a 5-star hotel in the heart of Paris, located next door to the iconic Chanel rue Cambon shop. Since 28 November, the hotel’s L’Assaggio restaurant offers the Sinoira Castille, an authentic Italian aperitivo, every Wednesday from 18:30 to 20:30.
On the menu, the best of Italian gastronomy to nibble, while enjoying signature cocktails or excellent Italian wines in a friendly atmosphere, sublimated by the refined decor of the bar L’Assaggio and its patio.
Castille Sour
The young Chef Pablo Sabariego and his Second, Sasha Arandjelovic, immerse the guests in the Piedmontese Merenda sinoira gastronomic tradition to create an authentic aperitivo, adapted to chic and urban culinary codes: Parma ham, Tuscan rosette with pepper, Parmesan ripened 30 months, Homemade Focaccia with tomatoes and basil stuffed with white ham, Ricotta and spinach ravioli, Mini fried pizza with Buratta and Red Gambas… Are only a few examples of the selection offered.
Sinoira Castille Aperitivo
On the drinks side, the hotel bartender, Suneildrasingh, native of Mauritius island and passionate about mixology, spices and great spirits, has created 4 cocktails evoking Italy and its traditional way of life for the occasion.
