Perfectly on time ahead of the Christmas season, editor extraordinaire TASCHEN just opened a pop-up store in Paris’ beloved Le Marais area.
Of course, this is not the first store in Paris for the German editor: familiars of the Left Bank are used to the Saint Germain district boutique, open now for over 15 years. For the first time though with this pop-up store, TASCHEN takes on the Right Bank, on the other side of the river Seine.
This opening coincides with the unveiling of TASCHEN’s new visual identity, representing their idea of imaginary “book dévoreurs”.
On the main floor, the store offers an ecclectic selection of TASCHEN’s most beautiful realizations, in a variety of categories (design, art, fashion just to name a few). If you love exceptional books, you will love the first floor, offering Collector editions as well as many Art editions, coming with original photographs by the world’s finest artists such as Annie Leibovitz, Sabastiao Salgado and Bert Stern – again, to name just a few.
