The
Four Seasons Hotel George V Parisannounced this week a new addition to its list of culinary experiences, aimed
at giving a new French gastronomic offer both to Parisians and traveling guests
alike.
We can trust that Chef David Bizet, given
his impressive track record of gourmet expertise – fifteen years of experience
in the kitchens of the George V 2 Michelin starred “Five” restaurant, and the
French Senate presidency – will be the perfect master of this new gastronomic
signature.
A 37 year old man of taste, David Bizet finds
inspiration in noble products that he enhances, creating a tasty, refined and
100% French cuisine. A cuisine that finds its roots in the soil, but that is at
the same time very hip.
I am sure visitors of La Galerie, me included,
will love dishes combining asparagus from Luberon and black truffle, or smoked
chicken egg with caviar… And others such as potato risotto… So many things to
try – not speaking of Eric Beaumard’s wine pairings… And
