Valentine’s Day: what about a celebration with Moët Rosé Impérial ?

Just in time for Valentine’s Day and true to Moet & Chandon‘s pioneering spirit, let me introduce you an experience to try this year: Moët Rosé Impérial.
In the bottle, Moët Rosé Impérial is a generous expression of the Moët & Chandon style, a style that is distinguished by its radiant color, intense fruit notes and delicate palate. Aged for three years in the cellars of the Maison, Moët Rosé Impérial has a bright pink color with amber highlights, a pleasant bouquet – bright and intense with small summer berries (strawberry, raspberry, currant), completed by floral nuances (rose, hawthorn) and a peppery edge.
On the historical side (always good to impress your loved one), Moët & Chandon’s pink champagne was born around 1794. In 1801, Napoleon Bonaparte and his mother bought a hundred bottles of “Rozé” of this vintage to Jean Rémy Moët. The 1878 vintage Rosé is now the oldest wine found in the Moet & Chandon cellars by the cellar master Benoit Gouez.
